The Baba Harbhajan Singh Temple is a notable shrine located in Sikkim, dedicated to the revered figure of Baba Harbhajan Singh, who is considered a soldier of the Indian Army.

Around 13,123 feet (about 3,962 meters) above sea level.
History
Baba Harbhajan Singh served in the Indian Army during the 1960s and is said to have died in 1968 while on duty.
Legend has it that he continues to protect soldiers in the region. His spirit is believed to assist them, and he is often referred to as a "living deity."
The Temple
Construction: The temple was built by the Indian Army in honor of Baba Harbhajan Singh.
Significance: It serves both as a pilgrimage site for devotees and a place of respect for visiting soldiers.
Worship: It is customary for soldiers to pay their respects at the temple, and many believe that Baba Harbhajan Singh grants their wishes.

Daywise Tour Itinerary

DAY 1

Arrival & Transfer to Gangtok :

Our representative will be there to receive the Guest at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) - He will assist guest for the forwarding journey to Darjeeling– Reach Darjeeling and check into the hotel - In the evening one is free to stroll around Mall / local market - Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

DAY 2

Excursion to Changu Lake & Baba Temple :

After breakfast day excursion to the oval shaped changu lake /Tsomgo Lake (40 kms from Gangtok departure in the morning) - situated at a height of 3,780 mts. with an average depth of 50 ft and home to the Brahminy duck and several migratory birds. On the way stop at Kyongnosla The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Travel to Baba Mandir another 17 kms beyond Tsomgo lake.Return to Gangtok. Overnight halt at Gangtok Hotel.

DAY 3

Gangtok to Darjeeling Transfer :

After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 Ft.) . On arrival, check-in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Evening free to Stroll go around the famous Mall road.Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

DAY 4

Darjeeling Local Sighteeing :

Early morning (at around 4 AM) start for Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise (Depending on the availability of tickets ), Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop, War Memorial. Tenzing Rock, Gombu Rock, Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Tea garden and Himalayan Mountaineering Institute & Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park (Close on Thursday). Sightseeing places are dynamically set depending upon local authority permission and time factors. it is may not possible to visit all the places but the important ones are covered for the satisfaction of guest. Rest of the day is free for individual activity. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

DAY 5

Departure to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) :

After breakfast transfer to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) /Siliguri - Guest are advised to start early and not to rush - Forwarding Journey.
